prognostic biomarker discovery from bulk RNA-seq
SummarizedExperiment objects: sample-identity and
quality-control auditing, confounder and design-formula
detection prior to differential expression, signature
construction with explicit cross-validation stability
reporting, survival modeling (Kaplan-Meier, log-rank, Cox
proportional hazards), and external validation against public
cohorts. Every automated statistical decision is reported with
its supporting statistic and a plain-language rationale, and
validation stages are gated rather than silently degraded when
guardrail criteria are not met. The package records all
guardrail decisions, flag ledgers, and validation results in a
structured audit trail that can be rendered into a standalone
HTML report.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/bioc/actions/runs/37042390509</link><pubDate>Thu, 01 Oct 2026 13:05:47 GMT</pubDate><r:package>rnaSentry</r:package><r:version>0.99.19</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://bioc.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/bioc/rnaSentry</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>rnaSentry.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>rnaSentry.html</r:filename><r:title>Introduction to rnaSentry </r:title><r:created>2026-08-03 01:17:47</r:created><r:modified>2026-10-01 01:19:47</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>getting-started.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>getting-started.html</r:filename><r:title>Getting started: from two CSVs to a SummarizedExperiment </r:title><r:created>2026-08-05 17:22:28</r:created><r:modified>2026-09-30 21:57:23</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>case-study-impact.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>case-study-impact.html</r:filename><r:title>Naive analysis vs rnaSentry: what the guardrails prevent </r:title><r:created>2026-08-05 16:18:55</r:created><r:modified>2026-09-30 23:02:06</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>case-study-brca.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>case-study-brca.html</r:filename><r:title>Case study: breast cancer (GSE20685) </r:title><r:created>2026-08-04 20:32:27</r:created><r:modified>2026-09-30 23:02:06</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>case-study-confounder-audit.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>case-study-confounder-audit.html</r:filename><r:title>Case study: confounder audit </r:title><r:created>2026-08-04 20:32:27</r:created><r:modified>2026-09-10 22:17:48</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>case-study-small-cohort.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>case-study-small-cohort.html</r:filename><r:title>Case study: small cohorts </r:title><r:created>2026-08-04 20:32:27</r:created><r:modified>2026-09-09 18:16:09</r:modified></r:article></item></channel></rss>
